When trying to enable the flow bundle I get a error that I dont have a omni.usdflow extension, however I am unable to find, install or enable this. Please let me know what I am missing or how I can get around this problem as I need to enable the flow bundle to make digital twins of data centers which is the area I am trying to research.

I am assuming you are using USD Composer. What version? The old 2023.2.5 or the new Kit Kat 106.5? Either way it is available in the Extension Manager. Just find it and install it and it works fine. Make sure you enable ALL of those flow extensions. There are 4. They may enable directly, so the best thing to do is enable AUTOSTART and then restart the app. Then everything should work great.
