Problems installing Nvidia and Cuda

Please check the TX2 topic for information:

TensorRT, CUDA and other dev tools not installed despite successful flash

So I recently flashed my Jetson TX2 (I am using a Cogswell Carrier board), and it went successfully-however it didn’t come pre-installed with any of the developer tools like CUDA and TensorRT, and i’m finding it very difficult to get those onto the Jetson TX2. Sorry for somewhat of lack of information, as I don’t know what to really post here information wise, but any help is appreciated. I left the output from me flashing below. Thanks in advance.
