Problems with HDMI

Hi.
We have problem with HDMI on the SOM. Problems with: color, resolution, and ripple.

This the SOM worked good.
Another a SOM work good on this carrier board i.e. problems in the SOM.
What is it problem?

Just to clarify, is it this one monitor which works on some modules, but not on others? For any module where it fails, do files show OK for output of this:

sha1sum -c /etc/nv_tegra_release

Thanks for answer.
We made recovery, but this don’t help.
I have next out in console:

samsung bx2250 is about 6 years old?

the specs were not great to start.
might be time for new monitor

No, with this monitor worked current SOM and now working other SOM.

When you say it works or worked with current or other SOM, am I correct to assume you mean other Jetson TX1s? And are the JTX1s running the same release version of L4T? If so, there may be a cold solder joint reducing signal quality. Provided this issue is with only one JTX1 it might be time for RMA. RMA procedure is listed near the top of this:
