So I was trying to follow thetensorflow profiler tutorial but when I go to tensorboard I get a Cupti permission error. It seems that the suggested fix is to open NVIDIA Control Panel and then ‘Allow access to the GPU performance counters to all users’. However seems that I am in a dilemma as Microsoft now requires that you download the NVIDIA Control panel through the Microsoft Store. But Windows Server 2019 does not have a Microsoft Store. Is there an alternative method to get around this?
