Profiling tool for the Nvidia AGX orin

Hello
We are working with Jetson AGX orin 64 GB. We want to do detailed hardware profiling when we run a workload. We tried Nvidia Nsight but we have not been able to find a version for an ARM-based processor. Can someone suggest a way for this?
