Protection of coin cell used for RTC backup in Jetson Xavier NX SOM

I am currently designing a product that uses the Xavier NX SOM along with the P3209 A01 developer board by NVIDIA. I am concerned about the compliance of UL standards that require a series resistor with the battery to limit charge current for the coin cell being used for RTC backup.

I noticed that the dev board that I have mentioned above does not have that series resistor.

Does the Xavier NX SOM has a built-in protection for the coin cell used for RTC backup, and if not, what is the recommended solution to meet the UL requirements for this specific purpose.

The charging current can be changed by PMIC as needed.
