Is larger cmem worse?

Where can i find the information regarding the --ptxas-options=-v output ?

cmem is constant memory. It might be used explicitly in a program, like if you specify __constant__. It can also be used implicitly to pass kernel parameters from host to device during the kernel launch process. I don’t know why it would be “bad” to use cmem.
