Purchasing an Xavier without heatsink

We are working on designing our own heatsink but was wondering if its possible yet to purchase a Xavier without a heatsink, or if they have “dummy” units we could use to create and test it.

I really don’t want to pry off the heatsink from the real unit as I hear that could cause damage.
