I was wondering if it was possible to use a 4pin y fan splitter to use two 4pin pwm fans on the one port in the jetson.

Yes, it’s feasible to use two 5V PWM fans. The concern is Pin 3 (FAN_TACH). It can only support one FAN. You can cut off other unused FAN_TACH signal on Fan Splitter.
