Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Pull and run the pytorch:25.09-py3 container from NGC.

    $ docker pull nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:25.09-py3
$ docker run -it --rm --gpus all --network=host --ipc=host --ulimit memlock=-1 --ulimit stack=67108864 nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:25.09-py3

  2. Inside the container, run python and import torch.

    root@compute-h100:/workspace# python
Python 3.12.3 (main, Aug 14 2025, 17:47:21) [GCC 13.3.0] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
