Python bindings for DeepStream Smart Video Record

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) Jetson Orin Nano
• DeepStream Version 7.1
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only) 6.2
• TensorRT Version
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only)
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) Question/Requirements
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)
• Requirement details( This is for new requirement. Including the module name-for which plugin or for which sample application, the function description)

I would like to know if there is a way to trigger smart-video-record trough python? currently there is no support for SVR in the python bindings and the SVR documentation only shows the C usage.

And are there plans to implement python bindings in the near future?
