Python socket

I am trying to use some Jetson nanos for my research, but I have all my codes previously deployed using Python3.10 and new libraries. I am trying to adapt them to the old libraries I can use with Python3.6 on my devices. How can I use the socket library? How can I install it on my Jetson nanos?
