Qt apps not rendering properly in non-qt desktop environments

Here’s an example from a qt program musicbrainz picard, it looks like this in xfce 4.14. Using Nvidia drivers 450.51.

I’m not getting this anymore with 450.66 drivers so I assume it’s been fixed.
