Quadro M1000M kubuntu 20.04 - update from 460 to 470 causes black screen on boot

Kubuntu 20.04 krernel 5.4.0-99-generic

Dell Precision 5510 with Quadro M1000M

Nvidia driver 460.91.03

System has everything up to date. Working fine last few years. But now when i update these below, after restart i see Dell Uefi logo, Grub menu and then i should see the kubuntu password window for my encrypted drive. But it stucks at loading initramfs. And only i could do is press Power button to shut it down (just press, not press and hold). No other key combinations work.

I had to rollback changes with Timeshift snapshot.
