Hello,
After a lot of digging, and stress testing all components, I finally found the issue to my recurrent reboots: the power consumption of the Quadro P6000 briefly reaches 200W.
I’ve used the command Nvidia-smi -pl 150 to limit it to 150W, but it still briefly goes up to about 200W which reboots the computer.
Setting the limit to 135W seems to work.
Now, how can I definitely fix this issue?
here’s my config:
PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 P2, 80+ PLATINUM 1600W
QUADRO P6000 24GB
The GPU is connected to the PSU via a 8 (6+2) pin cable.
Other components:
AMD Ryzen 1920x
4x16GB DDR
WD SATA SSD M2 1TB
Thank you!
