Question about Jetpack OTA tool

Hey, I have an AGX Xavier running with an archived JP version (JP4.4 W/ L4T 32.4.3) and I plan to upgrade it offline due to use case constraints.

I browsed the latest JP 5.1 documentation and it says it supports OTA from L4T 32.7.1 or 32.7.2. Will the upcoming next JP release support OTA from L4T 32.4.3 then? If yes, how soon will it be?

Hi DWO2689,

For upgrade from JP4 to JP5, it would not only update apt packages, but also bootloader/kernel (Update and Redundancy).

I would suggest using flash command to upgrade your AGX Xavier to JP5.
