The Nsight Compute supports PDF output.
Is the Nsight Systems have such kind of output? or Just store SQLlite3 dataonly?
Nsight Systems supports output in SQLite, HDF5, txt, and JSON, using the exporter (see User Guide :: Nsight Systems Documentation).
We also have specific scripts for statistical generation that you can you use to extract information. (see User Guide :: Nsight Systems Documentation) this data is available in several formats including CSV and JSON.
