We are currently developing a product based on Jetson AGX Thor and are evaluating its deployment in a production environment using JetPack 7.
For our production devices, we plan to enable Secure Boot and perform fuse programming through the Factory Secure Key Provisioning (FSKP) process.
Based on our review of the NVIDIA documentation, we understand that using FSKP requires submitting a public certificate (CER) and obtaining the related FSKP keys from NVIDIA.
We would appreciate your clarification on the following points:
- For Jetson AGX Thor running JetPack 7, is it mandatory to have a separate agreement, NDA, or any other contractual arrangement with NVIDIA in order to use FSKP for production fuse programming?
- What agreements, registrations, or approval processes are required to obtain FSKP keys?
- NDA
- Production Agreement
- Security Agreement
- Any other OEM registration or qualification process
- Are FSKP keys issued to the product developer (ODM) or to the final product owner/manufacturer (OEM)?
- Does NVIDIA recommend a specific process or best practice for fuse programming in a mass-production environment after FSKP keys have been issued?
- For a JetPack 7-based Jetson AGX Thor production product, are there any prerequisites or preparations that the OEM should complete in advance for Secure Boot and fuse programming?
- If any additional agreements, registrations, or reviews are required for FSKP key issuance or production security enablement, should these be coordinated through NVIDIA Korea, or is it necessary to work directly with another NVIDIA organization or team?
We would like to understand the required procedures and prerequisites in advance as part of our production readiness planning.
