Questions on AODT supported hardware

Hello,

We are planning to deploy AODT on a Dell server. We have some questions:

  • The recommended server is R750, not R750xa. Is this correct? According to Dell documentation, it seems that installing two +300 Watt GPUs could cause thermal issues on the R750.
  • Is it possible to use two A6000 GPUs instead of e.g. two RTX 6000 Ada GPUs?
  • Is the NVLink bridge required or recommended?

  1. Yes, the recommendation is for R750, not R750xa
  2. We cannot guarantee that A6000 will meet the performance requirements. We recommend using RTX6000 ADA
  3. For AODT only, NVLINK bridge is not required.
