R32.3.1 tx2-8g installed deepstream...deb and nvvideoconvert missing

I can see the nvvideoconvert in the gst-plugins under deepstream, but gst-inspect-1.0 does not see it.

What do I need to do to install the plugin or add a path to the deepstream plugin,

Why didn’t the apt install ./deepstream-4.0_4.0.2-1_arm64.deb install stuff correctly?

The plugin is included in the package. You may clean gstreamer cache and try again.
