R35.2.1 "Sample Root Filesystem Sources" tarball is corrupt

Hi,

I download the Sample rootfs sources and when I come to extract, tar tells me that the sources are corrupt. I’ve tried redownloading from my browser and via ‘$ wget -c https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/r35releasev21-sources-ubuntufocal-l4taarch64srctbz2’

Any help would be appreciated. At the moment, I’m planning to grab the sources from git instead.
