RAW + YUV420 output 16bpp, not 12bpp

Hi there.
I record video with RAW+ YUV420.
As you know the effective bpp for YUV is 12bit, however the output RAW use 16bpp == 12bit + 4bit leading “0”
can I output true YUV420 with 12bpp, by this I would like to reduce the RAW file size a bit.

interface=csi-ab,CPHY-mode=1,link=0,output-format=raw+yuv,format=raw,isp-mode=yuv420-uint8

RAW12 needs 16 bits to store data.
