Re-installing nvidia driver on Oralce 8

Hi experts,
I have a server with the following info:
uname -r
4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
rpm -qa | grep kernel | grep .22
kernel-modules-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-devel-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-headers-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-core-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-tools-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
kernel-tools-libs-4.18.0-553.22.1.el8_10.x86_64
lspci | grep -i nvidia
05:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GV100 [TITAN V] (rev a1)
05:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation Device 10f2 (rev a1)
nvidia-smi is not working because of the kernel patch updates.
I install this NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-550.100.run driver in the past and all was good but after patching when I try to re-install the same driver I see these messages in the /var/log/nvidia-installer.log

do you think I need to re-install kernel-header , kernel-devel and kernel-module?
