Will Visual Studio 2019 Community (Version 16.8.3) work for this?
Yes, According to the Nsight Visual Studio Edition Product Requirements, it supports Visual Studio 2017 and 2019, both from Community Edition on up.
Unfortunatly though it does seem to install on my VS2019 community edition, I get no nsight tab. It is in my extensions list though, and under Extensions tab it has the about Nsight tools
In the debug tools also its listed but provides to content, just blank…
