Read rate from memory / Write rate to memory

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a document or some kind of a clue on the read rate from memory and write rate to memory, on the jetson AGX Xavier… can you guys help me on that matter?

We are using “IOZone” tool to measure the read/write performance.

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install iozone3

eMMC-IOZone-Random Write (4k)(MBps▲)   33.28

It’s the read write to/from flash do you have the DRAM read/write?
Mbps it’s kind of slow.
