Reboot command not working

I have a Jetson Nano Development Kit 2GB which have flashed with my custom rootfs firmware.
The module hang when I enter command reboot.
If I plug and unplug the power cable, it boot fine.
Here the log:

root@nano:~$ reboot

Please help me with this problem.
