Has anybody looked into using the Jetson Nano as an Intelligent Camera for a Low-End Intel/Windows host machine?
Basically a MIPI camera would be plugged into the Jetson Nano, and the Jetson Nano would take care of all the AF/Image-Processing needs before sending the image to a PC.
It’s an embedded device so Ideally I’d be able to use PCI-Express, but I’m not sure that will work.
The second solution would be as a USB device, but I believe only the USB 2.0 port can be a device side. So that doesn’t really give me the transfer speeds I want.
The last solution would be Gigabit Ethernet, and that’s what we’ve been testing.
