Recommended alternative to GS9230NVTQ-R used in P3768?

Hello,

While reviewing the P3768 carrier board schematic, I noticed that GS9230NVTQ-R is used in the power stage.

However, this device appears to be unavailable through standard distribution channels.

Is there an officially recommended alternative with similar electrical characteristics that can be used in place of GS9230NVTQ-R?
