Are there any intentions to implement dropout for recurrent neurons in the near future?
Currently it is only possible to apply dropout between recurrent layers, which means it is really difficult to train RNNs with medium/small sample sizes without overfitting. I’ve looked through the forums, and cannot find any implications of its development anywhere.
