Reflash Jetpack 6.2 but met waiting for target to boot up

I’m using ubuntu 20.04 and I’m trying to reflash my jetson orin nano with jetpack 6.2 to enable more power mode, but I was stuck in waiting for target to boot up until it says time out. I used

sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 -c tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_t234_nvme.xml -p "-c bootloader/generic/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml" --showlogs jetson-orin-nano-devkit-super internal

to reflash jetson. And how do I retrieve logs in this case?

I copied the terminal log and uploaded here in case you need it.

Using ubuntu 22.04, I encountered the same “Waiting for target to boot-up” problem, on 2 brand new orin nano devkits with SSD drives (Crucial PCIe 3.0 NVMe 0.5TB). Very frustrating.

On the other hand, if I only flash the QSPI, that completes successfully, so communication between the devkit and ubuntu is good. But that’s only useful for the SD card method. Let’s see what Nvidia says.

Hi,

Please record the serial console log and attach it.

Thanks

Unfortunately I do not have any wire that would do the trick, is there any alternative ways to do so?
