Refund Course, does the customer support even work?

Dear Support Team,

I need your help with a frustrating issue: I accidentally paid twice for the same courses and would like to request a refund for the duplicate payments.

This happened because there seems to be a bug on the website that allows a user to buy a course they already own, and the courses weren’t immediately showing up in my profile after the first purchase. I didn’t realize I already had them and completed the purchase again.

Here are the details for the purchases:

  • Course 1: Token Classification With LLMs

    • Order #id: 125506 and 125507

    • Order Date: 11/26/2025

  • Course 2: Getting Started with Deep Learning

    • Order #id: 125308 and 125305

    • Order Date: 11/25/2025

I’ve been trying to get this simple issue resolved for the last four days, and unfortunately, I haven’t received a decent response yet. Since this is a straightforward case of duplicate payment due to a website issue, I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved urgently and the refund processed quickly.
