# Regarding change of email address needed

Hello support,

I need to change email ID. I gone through post “Instructions for changing your email addres” but couldn’t change the email ID. After clicking change email ID, it logs out & comes to account login page. So now not sure what shall I do, if I insert new email ID in login it shows incorrect email.

Could you please elaborate about steps to follow after I log out when clicking change email ID?

Hi @jagdish.karamchandani,

Please follow the steps below to change your email.

After clicking **Change email** , you will be prompted to log in again using the same credentials before seeing the option to change your email.
