Regarding the "SLEEP/WAKEn" pin pull-up on the Orin Nano carrier board

Hello everyone.

I am currently designing a custom carrier board for the Orin Nano.
In the design guide “DG-10931-001_v1.2.pdf” it is stated that when the Jetson module is powered off, the signals associated with the module should not be HIGH or pull-up.

However, the schematic “P3768_A04_Concept_schematics.pdf” shows a pull-up to VDD_5V_SYS at R9 (10K).
I assume that VDD_5V_SYS is always ON regardless of the ON/OFF state of the module, is this a problem?
