Hi neuezeal,
After run “unity-control-center” pipeline on Nano, we can see “System Settings” pop-up.
We tried on r32.4.4 too.

According to the message you are missing a library for EGL rendering. libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37 needs another library with symbol gst_gl_display_egl_new_with_egl_display. If you have that library with the gst egl symbol, then it is no longer found. That or the upgrade replaced the library with that symbol.
I couldn’t tell you which library provides symbol gst_gl_display_egl_new_with_egl_display, but somewhere there might be a list of what libwebkit2gtk-4 depends on.
