Reliability, Accessibility and Serviceability: RAS In Xavier triggering for verification (Jetpack 5.0)

Hi all
I originally posted the post Reliability, Accessibility and Serviceability: RAS In Xavier triggering for verification. For the solution works in the Jetpack 4.X. Now I’m trying the Jetpack 5.0 and that solution does not longer work. Is this related to nature of the Jetpack 5.0 that is a preview or is a new way to trigger a RAS event ?
Thanks for your time

It seems customer did some add-on’s to the kernel RAS driver in rel-32. That will not work as the feature is moved to ATF.
Customer can try porting his code to the ATF.

What is ATF in this context?, is a new way to test and use RAS? where I can get more info from ATF?

ATF is the firmware that runs on Arm CPUs ion the EL3 exception mode. Docs are at Trusted Firmware-A Documentation — Trusted Firmware-A documentation
