Relion3 docker image

The newly released (June 22) docker image (Relion | NVIDIA NGC nvcr.io/hpc/relion:3.0.8) does not contain the relion package.

I had to add a layer with relion3 source and compile it. It finally works , but please fix.

We have recently updated the NGC Relion 3.0.8 documentation. Please take a look and let me know if you’re still not seeing the Relion installation.
