Rendering issues with RTX-realtime & Path Traced

I made this nice render today:

Its 90% RTX-Realtime with “Ray recostruction” ON.
But on the sunny side of the bin, those colorful posters get a bad halo effect, please see:

Can you see the halo around the recycle icon?
How can I solve this otherwise that rendering the scene without the Ray recostruction -feature? It looks so much better with it!

Then another smaller issue about the same scene.
Here is the Path traced render:

Can you see the strange circle shapes appearing the bin when camera is close?
I have no idea what these might be?! there is nothing on the scene that could cause those, like no sphere light at there at all…
Can someone help me to solve what is that rendering error?

It is hard to solve rendering issues remotely like this. We would have to actually see the scene, and look at the file. Can you not upload the scene to me privately?
