Hello NVIDIA Inception Team,
I am writing to request your help regarding our AWS Activate application through NVIDIA Inception.
We are an NVIDIA Inception member. Over the past month, we have tried to apply for AWS Activate Credits several times, but AWS keeps rejecting the application with the same message: “inconsistencies between your Activate application and your AWS account.”
We have already checked the key items on the AWS side:
- Our website is functional: https://speedbot.com
- Our business domain matches the application: speedbot.com
- Our AWS account email uses the company domain: shcai@speedbot.com
- We are not using a freemail address
- Our company and product information are consistent
Since the AWS rejection message is generic, we are unable to identify the exact issue. We would like to confirm whether our NVIDIA Inception provider information, organization ID, benefit package, or AWS Activate tier mapping is correct.
Could you please help verify whether our NVIDIA Inception profile and AWS Activate partner information are correctly mapped for the AWS Activate application?
We are not asking NVIDIA to approve AWS credits directly. We only need help confirming the provider-side information that AWS may rely on during the Activate review process.
Our company develops vision-guided intelligent robots and an intelligent manufacturing platform using 3D visual perception, robotic control, AI perception, and cloud-based system management for smart factories and industrial automation. AWS is important for our AI workloads, deployment, and international business expansion.
We would greatly appreciate your help, as we have been trying to resolve this issue for about one month and the application continues to be rejected automatically.
Best regards,
Cai Shihan
