Request for NIM API Rate Limit Increase (40 → 200 RPM) - Hermes Agent

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account.

  • Account Email: jw_cao@foxmail.com
  • API Key ID (Last 4 chars): a89b
  • Current Limit: 40 RPM
  • Requested Limit: 200 RPM

Reason for Increase: I am testing the Hermes Agent (by Nous Research). Due to the complex nature of agentic workflows (chain-of-thought, tool-calling loops, and multi-agent systems), the Agent triggers many API calls concurrently within a short timeframe. The default 40 RPM limit is too low and consistently causes 429 rate limit errors.
