Request for NVIDIA IGX T5000 Safety MCU Reference Design Files

Dear NVIDIA Support Team,

I am currently developing a project based on the NVIDIA IGX T5000 module and plan to use a Renesas RH850/U2A16 as the Safety MCU for functional safety implementation.

While reviewing the available hardware documentation, I noticed that the document IGX_T5000_Modules_DesignGuide_DG12265001_v1.0 references a document named “NVIDIA IGX T5000 Safety MCU Reference Design Files”. However, I have not been able to locate this reference design package or any related schematic/design documentation on the NVIDIA website.

Could you please provide the related design files, reference schematics, or any available documentation for the Safety MCU implementation?

In addition, I noticed that the PMIC recommended for the RH850/U2A16, RAA271084 (OTP Setting #06.12), appears to have output voltage settings that do not fully match the SMCU recommended power architecture described in IGX_T5000_Modules_DesignGuide_DG12265001_v1.0.

Could you also provide any reference schematics, power-tree design examples, or design guidelines showing how the RH850/U2A16 and RAA271084 should be integrated with the IGX T5000 platform?

Any available reference designs or implementation guidance would be greatly appreciated and would help us ensure compliance with the recommended safety architecture.
