Hi NVIDIA Team,

I am a postgraduate student working on a cybersecurity project (automated pentesting framework aligned with OWASP Top 10).

I am currently using NVIDIA NIM APIs (Nemotron Super), and the current 40 RPM limit is causing frequent 429 errors during development.

I would like to request a rate limit increase to 150 RPM to support my academic work.
