I am writing to kindly request a rate limit increase for my personal, non-commercial NVIDIA NIM API account to support my AI development.

🚀 Use Case & Justification:
I am currently developing and testing personal AI assistants using agentic frameworks (specifically with Hermes Agent / Cline orchestration). These tools perform multi-step reasoning, automatic file editing, and sequential tool calls, which naturally generate many request bursts in a very short window.
Under the current 40 RPM limit, I constantly hit “429: Too Many Requests” errors. This completely breaks the agentic execution loops and makes debugging and testing impossible.
I confirm that this account is used strictly for personal education, testing, and prototyping—no commercial or production usage.
