I am a developer actively using **NVIDIA NIM Serverless API** for personal AI-assisted software development. I have been experiencing frequent **429 Too Many Requests** errors (current limit is 40 RPM), which significantly impacts my workflow.
**Current Usage Details:**
- **Use Case**: Personal coding assistant via **Claude Code + cc-switch** (local proxy)
- **Primary Models**: Kimi K2.6, GLM-5.1, DeepSeek-V4, etc.
- **Usage Pattern**: Tool calling (Read, Bash, etc.), code refactoring, project development
- **Current Rate Limit**: 40 RPM
- **Requested Rate Limit**: **200 RPM**
This increase would greatly help me maintain a smooth development experience without frequent interruptions. I am using this for **personal, non-commercial purposes** only, and I fully understand and will comply with NVIDIA’s terms of service and fair usage policy.
