Request for NVIDIA NIM API Rate Limit Increase (40 → 200 RPM) – Student PFE Project

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to request a rate limit increase for my NVIDIA NIM API account to support my academic work.

Use Case (ProvisionHub):

I am a Software Engineering student completing my graduation project (PFE) at Intelcia. I am building ProvisionHub, a system for synchronizing HR events with Active Directory using Spring Boot and Hexagonal Architecture.

Why I need the increase:

I am using OpenCode as an AI agent for my development workflow. Agentic workflows often trigger multiple concurrent API calls (for planning, code generation, and validation) which causes me to hit the 429 “Too Many Requests” error almost instantly with the current 40 RPM limit.

This is strictly for non-commercial, academic research and development purposes .
