I would like to request an increase to my free NIM API rate limit
for active development use.

Project / Use Case:
I am building a voice-driven website builder that allows users
to create and edit websites using natural speech in regional
Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.).
The pipeline involves:
- Speech-to-text (Groq Whisper) for voice input
- NVIDIA NIM LLM for intelligent code generation
- Text-to-speech for voice feedback to users
The 40 RPM limit causes frequent 429 errors during multi-step
pipeline calls, especially when handling concurrent user sessions
in development and testing.
This is a non-commercial, development/research project targeting
regional language users in India — a currently underserved
demographic in AI tooling.
Increasing the limit to 200 RPM would allow proper testing
of the full pipeline without artificial bottlenecks.
