**Dear NVIDIA Support Team,** I am a Computer Science student currently developing a multiplayer online platform for my university capstone project. I am writing to urgently request a rate limit increase for the NIM API from 40 RPM to 200 RPM. **1. Use Case & Technical Background:** Our project heavily relies on the **Whisper large-v3** model. We have integrated WebRTC voice communications to capture player discussions in real-time. The transcribed text is then instantly processed by an AI Automated Speaking Assessment (ASA) system to evaluate the players’ logical structure and cognitive load. **2. Justification for 200 RPM:** Because this is a multiplayer environment, multiple users frequently speak simultaneously. When several concurrent audio streams are sent to the Whisper API for immediate transcription, we easily hit the default 40 RPM limit. A bump to 200 RPM is mathematically necessary to handle the concurrent API calls for a standard game session without bottlenecking the real-time AI evaluation. **3. Urgency:** We are approaching our final academic submission and grading deadlines very soon. The current rate limit is causing critical failures during our final integration testing. Could you please advise if it is possible to expedite this limit increase? We would greatly appreciate your support for our academic research and development.
