I am currently using the NVIDIA NIM API with an agentic LLM workflow framework (OpenClaw) for personal development and model benchmarking (testing models like Qwen 3.5). The multi-step reasoning and automated parallel tool-calling in agent loops frequently trigger 429 “Too Many Requests” errors under the current 40 RPM limit, which severely disrupts the development and evaluation flow.
