I am applying to increase the free rate limit for the NVIDIA NIM API. The details are as follows:

Current limit: 40 RPM
Application amount: 200 RPM
Purpose and Reasons for Application:
I am personally developing a workflow using Opencode / Hermes Agent for a data analysis project.
The daily limit is quite enough for me, but the current 40 RPM limit leads to frequent 429 errors, which seriously hinder development and system debugging. Please help me to lift the rate limit to 200 RPM.
This application is only for personal development/testing and is not for commercial production environments.
