Request for Reconsideration — NVIDIA Inception Rejection Without Explanation (Analects Inc.)

Dear NVIDIA Inception Team,

I am writing to formally request reconsideration of our NVIDIA Inception application. On May 4, 2026, we received a rejection email stating that Analects Inc. is “not eligible” and cannot reapply — but no reason was provided.

We respectfully ask: what specific eligibility criteria did we fail to meet? Without that information, we cannot understand or address the issue.

Why We Believe This Was an Error

Analects Inc. meets every published Inception requirement:

  • AI-first startup: We are building an Agent-as-a-Model platform — six specialized AI agents for autonomous enterprise IT infrastructure management
    • NVIDIA technology integration: Our entire inference stack runs on dual NVIDIA DGX Spark systems with dedicated GPU inference via vLLM + Qwen3.5-35B (see my other forum post with benchmarks)
    • Incorporated company: Texas S Corporation with a live product website at analects.io
    • Pre-seed stage: Preparing for our first investment round — exactly the stage Inception is designed to support
    • Technical depth: Fully self-hosted 11-container Docker architecture with zero cloud API dependencies

What We Are Asking For

  1. The specific reason(s) for rejection — we cannot improve what we do not understand
    1. A human review of our application — we believe the rejection may have been automated
    1. A path to reconsideration — if there is a correctable issue, we want the chance to address it
      We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for the same transparency any applicant deserves.

NVIDIA hardware is the foundation of our product. Inception membership is critical for preferred hardware pricing and for signaling credibility to investors. Being rejected without explanation — and told we cannot reapply — is deeply frustrating for a startup that is genuinely building on NVIDIA technology every day.

I did and go no answer. that is the reason I am reaching out hear :(. I am trying to build my small company and really need the hardware discount and other inception tools.

There was some technical issues related to your domain that make us reject your submission:

  • The domain had no MX records, meaning the submitted corporate email addresses did not appear to be deliverable.
  • The domain was created on March 30, 2026, only 28 days before the April 27, 2026 submission.

You are welcome to make a new submission after clarifying these issues.

it could have been given we are a new company - that you check when we were switching everything to cloudflare and google? but we have an active and clean record. The other is correct i just created the company as the code was finally something i thought would be a product I could build a company out of. The company is fully setup and I am really needing to get more Nvidia hardware and the training that comes with the inception program.

Hello @dimitrif - I did the submission yesterday. I took the time validated that everything I provided in my deck and the data I sent to Nvidia totally matched all the requirements to be in the Inception program. However again today i got this email. Again no explanation i share that all my DNS is correct, what is wrong or the reason now? please help this program is critical to my small company’s success.
