We are currently working with one of your components to perform Functional Safety analysis, specifically [Part number:(TA1090SA-A1)] and require the corresponding datasheet & Functional Safety documents (which includes FIT rate, Pin FMA, Failure modes & distribution) for our analysis process.

We understand that access to such documentation may require a valid Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Kindly let us know the appropriate contact or process to initiate or confirm the NDA and share the datasheet & safety documents once the NDA is in place.

May I know if you are using DRIVE AGX Thor platform?
If so, Note that Functional safety related issues are not supported via forum. You need to reach out to your NVIDIA representative for this request.
If you don’t have NVIDIA representative, could you share your location details via PM for further guidance.
